Nancy is the worst employee there. Has no training for massage. Doesn’t understand a single word of English. Tried to sell “extra”, instead of providing actual massage. I came out of the room feeling worse than before! Disappointed and wanted money!!
I’ve been going to couple of massage places but my most recent visit at Xiaoping Spa was completely terrible. A few days ago, I was treated by a masseuse named Coco, and the experience was awful. I have serious shoulder and neck pain, including frozen shoulder, and she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t know where or how to massage properly and repeatedly pressed directly on my spine, which was extremely painful. The biggest problem was communication.
