I’ve waited 4 months for an appointment and now this. Original appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was going away. I got another call saying the new appointment needed to be rescheduled because the doctor was going to be in surgery. Just got off the phone to reschedule yet again and was told the doctor wasn’t taking anyone with my insurance anymore. So I’ve been sitting here for 4 months waiting to just be told she won’t see me. This is horrible, no doctor should string someone along like this.

This place only allows you to get treated after purchasing a package worth several thousand yuan. After that, they find ways to make you pay extra money, claiming it's not included in the package. They charge for everything. I will never come here again. The doctors are not professional either. They only recommend you to other cooperating doctors.

Dr. Zeng is the best OB I can ever meet. I delivered my first baby with him now the second. One vaginally one C section. Both amazing experience. She is very professional and caring. She eased my anxiety about pregnancy and giving birth. When she shows up at my delivery hospital, I am just so ensured I am in good hands and baby and I will be fine.
