I was a patient of hers in the past. Each time I visited her office, I noticed she was often distracted by doing something on her cell phone under the desk. She rarely made eye contact with me when I explained my symptoms. Her manner was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Additionally, her diagnosis was unclear. As a result, I decided not to return for further appointments.
The front desk staff here need urgent training in hospitality and customer service. My grandmother only came in for a prescription refill, a task that should take no more than five minutes, especially for a known medication she's been taking for the past 10 years.
