This is THE MOST Unprofessional establishment ! From the FRONT DESK to the NURSES ! You have to call numerous times to even get an appointment! And she is a PCP ! The workers are just lazy including the doctor! I have had X rays no follow up at all ! No recommendations on who to go to for my health concerns ! Just a hot mess ! And if you loose your prescription! You literally will have to GO THROUGH HELL just to get a response ! Only reason why I chose her because nobody was excepting New Patients ! Stay away from this office! Go find another doctor. It is a hot mess from top to bottom. The receptionist is very unprofessional. Had an scheduled appointment for blood work, get there and the rude receptionist told me that the person doing labs left early. It was wasted time away from work and add to the fact that Jin doesn't care about the patients, rude in fact.
Every time I call their office I can never get in touch with anyone. It won't let me have the option to leave a voicemail either. It's ridiculous!
