About this business

Xiao Bao Biscuit, located at the intersection of Rutledge Avenue and Spring Street is a great combination of traditional fare done up with a contemporary twist. Came here for dinner in June '25. Pad kra pao was quite tasty, very satisfied with that dish. For all the fanfare on the menu about the "maPO DouFU" as a half-Sichuanese guy it was frankly quite subpar. Mapo tofu sauce should never be watery. We added the greens which was a mistake. Service and atmosphere were both plenty nice.

Quirky Asian food in a reformed gas station. Very limited menu which is probably why it was good. They don’t do many dishes but the ones they have are delicious. The pork belly bao was probably my favorite, but noodles with bok choy were amazing too.

Loved loved loved dining here. Husband took me for my birthday as I have been wanting to try it out and I could not have had a better dining experience. Very cozy yet spacious. Chef Ethan sent out some off menu items to top it off. Will be back to enjoy again!
