I have been trying to schedule a Colonoscopy for the last five weeks. Each time I call I get a recording asking me to leave my contact info so they can call me to schedule the procedure. I have left six messages over the last six weeks and I have not receive a return call. This is unsatisfactory!!
My friend 5months to make appointment over phone still no return call went there they through her out was very rude they said can't make appointment in person She has been to hospital twice with issues even hospital couldn't get through appointment in person said u can't make appointment in person
I have been going to Dr. Guo for years. He is absolutely 💯 compassionate and caring.He always does a follow up call after every procedure. He explains everything. I would and have highly recommended him to many family and friends. My brother moved back to the Cape and was struggling with finding a Dr and he now goes to Dr Guo and is very happy with him also. His staff is very compassionate and makes you feel comfortable with any procedure, cause we all know some are not very pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for caring... read more
