That is simply the best noodles bowl that I tried on my entire life, meat is tender, broth is tasty and spice level is perfect,
Delicious…..everything was good. Even my picky lil one. Broth is amazing and everything was cooked perfectly
I have no idea where this 4.8 rating comes from. The beef was cut too thick—not really sliced nor chunked properly. The beef tendon had inconsistent texture, some parts soft, some tough. The noodle portion was very small. The platter had just a few pieces of tofu and some kelp. Nearly $20 for that? Way too expensive. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Tasted good and good service lady back from trip.
Hands down our favourite Taiwanese beef noodle spot in town. All other dishes are great as well.
