Went back to Xiang Hair Greensborough for a haircut after an 11yr hiatus. Last few haircuts at other places were not great & I wanted better. Gorgeous Laura took me to Serendipity & back with the best wash, condition & scalp massage ever, before the amazing Sarah gave me a fresh cut & style that made my hair look & feel fabulous. I have been going to Xiang on and off for the past 6 years and have never had an issue. Today I went in to get a balayage, something I’ve gotten done prior there. The hair stylist was running 40mins late but I was happy to wait. Unfortunately, my hair turned out nothing like the photos I showed the girl doing my hair. I was visibly not happy about it, so she stayed back after close to fix it up.
