Direct & Clear Self-ordering store with absolutely no service, yet they still asked for a tip. I really don’t understand why. There was no one serving me at all. I placed my own order, picked up my own utensils, and even cleaned up after myself. Other customers were given number signs, but after I selected “No Tip,” the person at the counter deliberately ignored me and didn’t give me one.
