The chicken and lamb dishes were perfectly cooked with tender, delicious, thin slices of lamb that were full of umami flavor with none of the usual “gamey” flavor of lamb. I loved the heavy addition of bold and earthy cumin in the lamb, while the chicken was more bright chili spice focused. Takeout only but very convenient location. Food is ok
Don’t come to this location; just go to the actual restaurant in Midtown. Should’ve read the recent reviews instead of ones from 5 years ago that were for an old location. Warning: they may not call your name to tell you your order is ready. I ordered from the Kiosk with an original waiting time of 8-15 min. I love Xi’an famous food but this location is a ghost kitchen and it shows. The amount of sauce on each item, the portion sizes, the time it takes is all off. Our order was 10 mins after the latest given time. Which removes any real convenience considering there are 2-3 other locations close by. Food was similar but missing details such as garnishes found at other locations. Sizes were 2/3 when ordering at other locations.
His restaurant really suits my taste.If you want to try Chinese cuisine,you are welcome to come here. The cold noodles are very delicious.
