I bought my car from them based on pictures and mobile PPE alone. Chao was great, put my concerns to rest and they addressed my concerns with new brakes, brake line flush, oil treatment and rust/blemish repair on the roof. It was genuinely the best deal I could find and it's a great car (2018 Mazda 3 GT). Also took my trade in without seeing it for a reasonable price although I'm sure they made money on it, at least a bit.
