My 2nd review for XI Computers. Still #1 in my eyes. I'm a trader and I need function, executions and horsepower. I had to reset my PC (Windows 10) back to an earlier date. Somehow, I lost the Nvidia app. DOH!! I'm great with using software's (including CADworx and AutoCAD for my regular job (when not trading). I'm a piping and structural designer and we need powerful components. Andre(?) in Tech Support guided me every step of the way and helped keep me from buying a new Quadro 4 V-card. I have purchased 3 computers from Xi Computer over the years and all were assembled well and had zero failures. Needed support for an older computer and excellent support was provided without question. Ordered another computer a few days ago.

I purchased a “PowerGo GX” unit from @Xi Computer Corp on April 3rd, 2023. On October 23rd of 2023, the battery would no longer charge. I reached out to @Xi, and was told that they would get a box out to me and create an RMA. I seen an email from UPS about a label being created and assumed that all was going according to plan. I had a workstation which I purchased from XI which worked without a hiccup for many years. Was my dedicated CAD station for SolidWorks and Creo. Customer service was also very good.
