I started regular Pilates reformer classes with Corrina at the beginning of my first pregnancy. She is a strong and knowledgeable teacher who has deep understanding of body mechanics and provides clear and easy-to-follow guidance throughout class. She helped me stay strong through not one but two pregnancies within about two years, practicing up until just a week or so before each due date. Xhale is a fully equipped studio and the classes are approachable no matter your level. Thank you Corrina!

It says a lot when you have been working out with the same instructor and people for at least two decades. Corinna's reformer class is the reason that I am still moving with a metal spine, neuropathy and related injuries. Corinna really sees what my body can and can't do, helping me to modify my workouts as needed. That consistent, personal level of attention is invaluable.

I love Xhale pilates studio. Corrina is an incredible instructor and is a shining light in Sandpoint. If you’re new to pilates or looking to revive an existing one, you won’t be disappointed! Highly highly recommend!

I first met our lovely Corrina around the summer of 2007. I was wanting to try out Pilates classes having never tried one before. Nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable and helped me with the harder moves, showing me easier ways to her classes. She does different variations every time! She is a beautiful and thoughtful teacher and I am happy to be taking her classes.
