It was Kismet that I saw a notice for Exhale's holiday open house. I am re-entering the movement world after two hip replacements, finally feeling ready for a yoga class. I wanted to begin slowly and after talking to Nic I decided to start with their myofascial ball rolling class. It was just what I needed. The class perfectly addressed (and vaporized) the stubborn tightness in my outer hips and legs. Two days later and I still feel amazing.
