Amazing staff and great prices. Huge selection of almost anything you could want. Update they are still the best. The staff are like family and always nice. They have cool international snacks and mushroom products I love them
Everyone here is always so pleasant to deal with and helpful with suggestions, etc - especially navigating all the changing laws centered around the industry as a whole! They also have some really good sales a few times a year so you can stock up if you need to 💸
Horrible customer service with attitude of entitlement to the customers hard earned money and business. .maybe it was just this guy but if they don't watch the way the employees behave they might lose more then just my business.
Milly was hostile for no reason. Especially weird because smoke shops are notoriously relaxed. not sure where the energy came from and hope she figures it all out but no reason to treat people poorly.
