I was a member at XGYM Castle Hill for 7 months with both a gym membership and weekly PT. Due to a family medical situation, I needed to cancel the PT as the credits were piling up faster than I could use them. When I asked to cancel, I realized I was never actually emailed a copy of my contract terms when I signed up on January 7th. On top of that, $250 in pre-paid PT credits were absorbed to cover a cancellation notice period rather than being delivered as sessions, and I was asked to pay an extra $250 exit fee for the gym... read more
