XGT is a great place to workout! They are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable! They make workouts fun! They have great supplements. They check your progress with top of the line technically. Itās not like a normal crowded gym where you feel lost! They also donāt have random people coming in, itās small group training. Only the members that sign up for that workout get to come in! Itās definitely a great place to workout!Ā
This place is amazing! Jesse, Felicia, Nate, and Joe are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The workouts are challenging and fun. I love this place!š©·šĀ
