Update on my previous review: I love XGT and their coaches! They really push us beyond what we believe are capable of doing. Thank you XGT for always having some amazing workouts! Previous review: I love it! I love scheduling my workouts around my schedule. I love tracking my heart rate and calories burned. I love not having to wonder what I'm going to work on for the day. I just show up and do what the plan is! The coaches are incredible and the friends you make is a bonus!
