Daniel and Xformation Fitness can do amazing things if you follow his advice. From the tough but extremely effective sessions (kickboxing or personal training) to his nutritional advice, it is a great balance and you will see results. I have lost over 60 lbs from his program. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
