Staff was friendly
Very professional and speedy service
$143 charge for discontinuing internet service, which they did not notify me off when calling to cancel the service or when I returned my equipment. Only found out a month later in an email about an “outstanding bill.” Do not use Xfinity if you can avoid them. Otherwise, make sure to call and cancel your service at the END OF THE PAYMENT CYCLE, so you are not OVERCHARGED on the termination fee.
Jalen was very patient with me and helpful, he even followed up with me a few days after my purchase. He Has great customer service! The entire staff & manager was friendly!
The young man that waited on me was polite, informative, and he had great customer service skills!
