The store was fine - Comcast, not so much 😕
Went into the store two different days and had the same lady helping me She seems very lack luster any request I have for service she denied me for whatever reason I went to another location and they did everything I asked idk with problem is with the staff here but you all need to learn your systems better and be more attentive instead of just watching from a far while she just says anything to the customer She doesn’t know what she’s doing or she just doesn’t care
The service in Detroit is god awful. There is an outage so often. WiFi has been out again for almost a day. They can’t fix anything ever timely. Definitely gonna change my service soon

When I walked in there was no hello how can I help you it was hay you come on up to the counter I wanted to find out why my i couldn't get into my accout i was sent a bill and tried to login from there also wanted to know why my bill changed from $59 to $70 I was told I agreed to changes I ask about a new plan was told you have to keep what you got so I canceled the plan no one is going to disrespect me and talk to me the way he talk to me I did not get his name he was a african american man
