George was super friendly and had me with my internet in no time! If you’re looking for someone with a chill attitude and good vibe, he’s your guy.
Went in to switch my services from t mobile to xfinity and also get the new iphone 17 pro. I was helped by Malik he made everything very easy. He explained each step, went over my new bill (much lower than my tmobile payment), and ordered my new phone that came the very next morning. Malik was very kind and made sure i got the best deal that he could give me!
Absolutely terrible experience at this Xfinity store. They promised one price when we signed up, but then charged us something completely different. Later, they had the nerve to come back and ask us to pay even more. They clearly don’t care about their customers—just about squeezing money out of them. The staff gives misleading information and then leaves you to deal with the mess. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get scammed
Don’t bother calling Xfinity on the phone just come to this store and ask for Malik, this man was extremely helpful and kind, without a doubt I’ll be back in the future if I run into any problems.
