Customer service these days is not the same as it used to be. Rod did an exceptional job and helping me with everything I needed and he also made me aware of other options. He is kind, respectful, honest and one of the best people I have had to work with in this environment. Please tell him I thank him again. He made an extremely stressful situation run smooth. The store itself and the service inside is great. But this company as a whole sucks. They've conned me for the last time. Once my contract is up. I'm cancelling my account. Dirty, dirty company.
I was impressed by the very friendly staff here! Xfinity has great service. There have been no connection issues or outages at all the last few years. Fiber recently was installed in my neighborhood and was $60 cheaper a month, so I'm trying it out.
