I came in last week and asked for a manager. I worked with Albana on an issue I had with their cellphone service and she was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I didn’t think anyone would have been able to help since the call center made everything exponentially worse. SHUT THEM DOWN! She said I would get a survey but I never received anything but I wanted to leave feedback for her boss. Hopefully someone sees this. Super friendly and very helpful.
We were not easy customers on Feb. 4. We had a complicated situation and we were there for 5 hours. I cannot say enough good about Albana. As we worked our way through each obstacle one at a time, she was consistently kind and patient, and she successfully helped us do what we couldn't do ourselves. Thank you Albana! You deserve a raise! We also got great deals on our purchases that day. Thank you Xfinity.
