Xfinity will promise you a visit for a technician and give you a time and then won’t show and then send you a text cancelling your appointment and when you call. I think they use AI because the reps sounds robotic and it take forever to at least talk to a rep even if it AI. I been without internet service for three days and have been three different times and date for a technician to come fix the issue
Pls do not go with Xfinity, our family has been customers since it was Jones Intercable in the 80's. The customer service doesn't exist anymore. The policy's are not helpful to customers, transfer of service is a horrible nightmare. The service it self is constantly going in and out...
The customer service is so iffy over the phone you don’t know who you will get. This lady was so rude and condescending on the phone that I am in tears right now. I’m calm I’m talking to you with respect, so why are you snapping at me and fishing for a negative back and forth exchange. The way I’m feeling I don’t even want internet services any more. I’m going to look into a prepaid hotspot. This isn’t even the first time, I was yelled at when I was getting the services.
