They "manage" Cottage Row in Statesboro GA which is a horrible place for students. The manager there is terrible and doesn't care about students.
Dealt with Xavier Ybarra when he was in charge of park east, where they essentially scam hundreds of COLLEGE STUDENTS and completely destroy their credit. I applied to live there and was told I had to sign a rental agreement in order to just apply to live here. I had every intention of living here so I figured surely that if I was denied the rental agreement would be voided, anyways, they come back and denied me and said that even though I was denied they would still put an entire years lease on my credit…10,000$.
