I've worked out at both gyms in Cabot. Both of the gyms are nice when you compare them to some I have worked out at. Xertion has really friendly owners. They remembered my name even though I don't make in very often due to work. Their equipment is very nice and well maintained. I have nothing bad to say other than their membership is higher than the other gym in town.

This gym is great! Lots of state of the art treatmills with individual tv's (16 ?) and large assortment of other cardio machines. Equipment is very well maintained. This place is exceptionally clean. Owners are on premises daily and willing to help in any way they can. $10 more than my last gym for a family of 3, but definitely worth it.

This gym is awesome! Top of the line equipment, a playroom for kids, a smoothie bar that makes any kind of smoothie you can think of. Only 56.00 a month for my husband and myself! All the treadmills and elliptical machines have flat screen TV's on them! So worth the money, the facility is always super clean I recommend this gym to everyone I meet. And its open 24 hrs so you can work out whenever YOU want to! Stop by and check it out and I promise you'll walk out a member!

Very rude owner. Prices are almost twice the price of the other gym in town. The gym by the movie theater has nicer staff, more equipment and lower prices. This gym doesn't even have aerobics classes.
