Horrible service, no portal to get your information, they deny sharing it with you , saying you have to go to your provider! Like it is your information, your health your money and no we won’t share with you your information, results . Insane ! Avoid at all costs , at the same price there are places with portals , email you etc , if they are so obsolete will their equipment and standards will be better ?
I called to ask about the wait time for the result of the PCR covid test, to which they said 24 hours. When I came to do the test they said the result would be available between 24 and 48 hours. After 60 hours the result was still not available and I had to do another test at the JFK airport to be able to board my flight.
