I joined Xercise Zone in February 2011 because my wife had joined prior to this & told me how much she enjoyed participating in the group outdoor training sessions. As someone who has always found it difficult to commit longterm to any exercise program, I am amazed at how long I’ve been a member. Being new to the class last year, I was surprised that most of the attendees had been going to Gideon’s classes for well over 10 years! It became clear that this tight group of people kept coming back because they had built their own little community managing to combine fun and fitness

I never enjoyed exercising until I joined Xercisezone. Gideon and his enthusiastic team are so supportive and understanding. They encourage you all the way, regardless of your physical ability. You feel part of a huge extended family, who support you in every aspect of your life, knowing that if you need anything, there are people to help.
