Thanks to the Xennox team for creating such a brilliant engagement ring. The conceptualisation and planning stage is of the ring completely free, they can hand draw designs and reference previous designs to give great ideas. They let you get really hands on, trying all the rings on, having a look at the diamonds with a magnifying glass to see every detail, they're really open and easy to talk to. Any issues with fitting after the fact they have you covered.Â
BEWARE OF “LIFETIME MANUFACTURING WARRANTY” apparently it is only valid if you go in at least yearly (unsure how that is reasonable for people who live outside of Brisbane or those with busy lives). This requirement was never shared with us when we purchased the ring. We purchased my engagement ring in 2020 and had a great experience with Kevin.
