Thanks Karl, for the most wonderful experience in assisting us to select my engagement ring. As soon as we walked into Xennox we were greeted so warmly and felt comfortable. Karl answered all of our questions in a very precise manner, and it was such a lovely atmosphere in the shop. We did our research and compared the other diamond businesses and the service and quality did not compare to Xennox.Â
