Horrible experience. I went in today and asked for wash and set with rinse color. The young lady proceeded with my hair to start to color and I asked her aren’t you going wash my hair she said NO! I said my hair needs to wash. She took me to the wash bowl and washed my hair only once and took me to place since to cover my grays. While opening rinse bottle she spilled on my t shirt and bare arm. I made no big deal… long story short.. when it was time to rinse and roller set that seemed to be the only thing done right.
