I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My hair was messed up, not even close to what I asked for, and I was overcharged for a service that clearly wasn’t done with care or skill. On top of that, the stylist was aggressively brushing/combing my hair, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I left frustrated, unhappy, and feeling disrespected as a customer. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism cause it's quite the opposite.
