Love Xenial, great family run gym. Lots of different classes and great PT program that caters to your fitness and injuries, its been really helpful for my hypermobility.
Love love love this gym !! Never really felt comfortable or supported at gyms untill I started at xenial , completely changed my view on fitness and lifestyle changes ! Such a supportive fun group - too much fun especially the 6pm class !! Trainers are fantastic , and super supportive and encouraging, such a vibe !!
Xenial is such an amazing place! Simone is a godsend! You feel part of a community, a family and everyone fuels the motivation. I’ve only signed up a month ago but already feel comfortable. Highly recommend joining this fitness family
I’ve had such a positive experience training at Xenial Fitness. Simone is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me manage my hypermobility, ease pain, and improve my posture. She always takes the time to tailor each session to my individual needs and makes me feel completely supported. The gym has such a warm, welcoming community and a true no-judgement vibe. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident — couldn’t recommend it enough!
