I've used Xenia Glass & Lock several times on my home and on my rental property. Unfortunately due to their antiquated record keeping, poor customer service department and lack of consideration of their customers, I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I do not appreciate and will not tolerate taking time off work for a scheduled appointment where the repairman is a no show and does not have the common courtesy to call to let me know he was not coming. Fine services Went to their place of business for replacement of screen, found their place of business very clean and professional. I scheduled an appointment to replace a steel exterior door. The owner came to home on time took measurement and told me cost, time of installment of door. The installers were on time, did the job great, cleaned up the debris. Would highly recommend.
