I've used Xenia Glass & Lock several times on my home and on my rental property. Unfortunately due to their antiquated record keeping, poor customer service department and lack of consideration of their customers, I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I do not appreciate and will not tolerate taking time off work for a scheduled appointment where the repairman is a no show and does not have the common courtesy to call to let me know he was not coming.
