Don't deal with this company. Absolute trash. They won't pick up the phone, they don't offer support or parts. I now have a $10,000 paperweight that is heading to the scrap all due to a simple fix. Use a different company. These people are straight up scammers!!

Sent $24,462.50 December 2019 for a new laser engraver....Haven't seen the laser. Have requested a refund in November 2020 and since then no response to phone calls or emails. This company should not be allowed to solicit business anymore and should be shut down. Various government agencies have been informed of the situation. Looks like others have been scammed out of their hard earned money.
Very Fraudulent Company. Will take your money and not ship you anything. We owned a Xenetech router for over 10 Years. In January 2021 we decided to upgrade the controller with there new version touch screen controller. Sent them the money upfront and did not receive the controller. We contact them on many occasion and at the end they would just not respond to us. We even sent our issue to our Lawyer to try to get our refund. BE VERY CAREFUL........
