Xen is AMAZING! I started personal training in her private studio gym (very clean and sanitized during COVID-19). Now I attended the online monthly online classes. I see results, I would recommend Xenergy to everyone, and I will continue to support.
It's always amazing to not only have a 1 on 1 trainer, but to have a trainer that takes the time to cater to what your body needs not only to be fit and healthy , but what you put in your body as well.
