I was fired for no reason.i had excellent work reviews by my supervisor and previous account manager.i never was written up never received a verbal.I was told to call HR but only received hangups before I could utter a single word.and those whom still work there tell me it is becoming worse as the account manager now shows up late and hung over all the time
I have been with Xencom for almost 6 years now and I just love my job. I have moved up 3 positions since starting with Xencom. Everyone in the office has been amazing and we all work together as a team. Thanks Xencom for being amazing!!!!
It's a horrible company they dont appreciate there workers they dont give them time off or paid holidays or vacation no overtime pay and they need to put there priorities in the workers and there needs
