I bought a dress here six years ago for a wedding that was later postponed for COVID. I never had it altered and finally the wedding is back on. Brought it here for alterations. The man doing it barely spoke to me. They had said when I bought the dress that there was a discount to bring it there for alterations. We ventured to a hand full of shops across the capital district in search of the perfect prom dress... Xena's offered couture styles in a variety of sizes. We got to see some ladies trying on wedding dresses and quinceniera dresses while we visited. What fun! I wish I was turning fifteen!! They also had a nice sized collection of formal event gowns, mother of the bride, communion and bridesmaid dresses, tiaras, jewelry, and veils. Arrived this afternoon for a 90 minute appointment to shop for a wedding gown for my daughter. Immediately did not feel comfortable because it was hectic and loud with teenagers trying on prom dresses. No private area to try on wedding dresses and very inadequate service. We did not feel taken care of at all and my daughter left in tears. You lost our business in a short period of time. Very disappointed.
