Utterly awful experience. The accountant stopped communicating with me 30 days before April 15th deadline. Just ceased responding to my messages. I had to call the afternoon of the 15th to remind them to file my taxes! 4 separate requests for tax advice have not even received a response. Avoid at all costs. Do not believe the ratings are accurate.
