I've had a great experience with Xel Advisors in Salem. Miguel (my tax guy) does an excellent job keeping me in the loop. He's communicative, explains things clearly, and I never have to wonder where things stand. They're amending all my prior years' taxes, and it's saving me a lot of money, which I really appreciate. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful every time I call or stop by. If you're looking for an accounting firm that's thorough, responsive, and actually looks out for you, I highly recommend Xel Advisors!
Utterly awful experience. The accountant stopped communicating with me 30 days before April 15th deadline. Just ceased responding to my messages. I had to call the afternoon of the 15th to remind them to file my taxes! 4 separate requests for tax advice have not even received a response. Avoid at all costs. Do not believe the ratings are accurate.
Xel Advisors is one of a kind. On TOP of it every step of the way. Truly a masterclass in any Tax service/preparation you run in to. Truly recommend. Whenever I need Gagan, or any one of their professionals, they are always prompt, patient, and overall outstanding to work with. Thank YOU, Team!
Xel Advisors did a fantastic job fileing my taxes for both my 1099 and business. All within three or four days! Was very impressed. Highly recommend them.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Gagandeep and his team! Their expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable to my business, and I've seen significant savings and improvements in our financial processes. They're always responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. I highly recommend Axel Advisors to any business owner looking for a trusted financial partner.
