Owner and drivers are great. We use them for LAX and SAN airport trips rather than park and deal with busses.

Same company as Plush Transportation- Really poor service. Arrived off a flight into LAX with my young child and the driver wasnt there. When I called, the driver said he was 10mins away. When I called again, he said he was 20mins away. The driver finally picked us up 1.5Hrs late (it was nearly midnight by this point). During this time I had to talk to the office, a manager and the driver to understand what was going on as none of them were particularly helpful. Booked several days in advance. Then they cancelled on me in middle of night before a 550am pick up. Obviously this put me in a difficult position since I was relying on their help. Unacceptable customer service and lack of urgency to refund me. Multiple emails requesting for action to refund me went unanswered. Absurd. If you want reliability, PASS.

I can't list all the positive things about this company and its owner. Geo was there to pick us up Christmas Day. Not one of his employees, the owner himself. He was in contact with us as soon as we landed and made sure we knew exactly where the pickup would be. He was very helpful with info about how to handle a delayed piece of luggage. Riverside Kappa League

Xecutive Shuttle and Transport is a great transport company with a tremendous drivers and staff. Our group of 22 Kappa League young men and 5 adult chaperones had a superb transportation experience this past Saturday. Xecutive sent two shuttles to pick up our group in Riverside and take us to the LA Convention Center for the Black College Expo and then after the Expo was over they picked us up and brought us safely back to Riverside.
