Xebec is the best. Our company has used them for a handful of seismic retrofits of apartment buildings as well as other jobs. He worked fast and clean, while watching over everything to make sure it was done right and handled the city part of everything. I always felt like the project was under control. He is incredibly knowledgeable in both construction and architecture and it shows when you speak with him about your project. I highly recommend you call them with whatever your project may be.

A building retrofit is stressful. Xebec and Ardeshir (owner) took out that stress through his knowledge and patience with our community. He took the time to answer ALL questions (and our community had several). He went above and beyond. His crew was here every day they were expected to be with masks and throughly cleaned up after every work day. They also fixed a few unearthed problems with our building during the retrofit. Xebec Construction is by far the best choice for your retrofit project. They do high quality work at a great price and very efficiently. With excellent relationships with the city and expertise they were able to seamlessly get us out of jam created by a previous LA engineer. Their crews are paid well and have the experience to get the job done. We’ve had a few earthquake jolts and you can definitely feel the strength in the building now.
