I bought what was supposed to be a brand new ******* Turbo GTP38R. I reviewed the product and told them I was disappointed that it was not new it was rebuilt. They responded saying all of our products are new. They aren't when a Turbo is new the housing doesn't have a whole drilled and tapped in it with a plug. They drill and tap the hole so they can take it apart and rebuild it. Is don't be fooled and waste your money on a used rebuilt Turbo.

I called their number and introduced myself for some questions on a few parts they sell. 1-888-34-DIESEL4. I think his name was Kenny, maybe. Very rude with attitude. I stopped 3 times in the conversation to let him know Im not trying to be rude, just looking for some info. He continued ignoring them and would condensed me. Very disappointed. Taking my hard earned money somewhere else.

received damage parts and the way they want to fix it is a two week time frame not a good thing for customers i will not be doing business with them ever again.

Ordered part for truck. Received part and would not fit. Weight difference of 10 pounds between part ordered and part received. Returned part and was told it was the correct part even though it would not fit and with a huge weight difference. Got back only original purchase price less a restocking fee. No return shipping. A huge waste of time ordering from them.

Ran my card. Then tell me item is out of stock. I ask for a refund and now are telling me my card won't take the refund. Customer service is no help.

I ordered an exhaust from XDP and it had parts missing. I explained to Melissa that I was in the middle of a customers build and on a deadline. I explained that we were on a deadline and expected to be installing this exhaust as soon as it arrived. This was the last part of a very expensive customer build and now it is being pushed back and we are loosing money due to this error. Because the items we sell are pre-packaged by the manufacture prior to being received in our warehouse, we would have needed to contact the manufacturer (MBRP) to see if they could have the missing parts shipped out to you.
