The imaging staff was very kind, helpful and informative. But the administration lacks tact and customer service skills. The owner's communication skills are absolutely nuke. Three weeks after the sonogram, the results are no where to be found and I wasn't able to get a clear reason why. Don't do yourself a disservice, look for a better provider.
