We love XD Fit! My husband and I have been members for 8 months and it’s been such a great fit! Not only are all the coaches and workouts awesome but everyone is so friendly/welcoming. We have found it to be a really meaningful little community! They also have a daycare which is a game changer with young kids! Definitely would recommend!
Plays music too loud near residents. Please not so loud echos to my place !!!!!!!
Can't beet the quality of couches and members that come to this gym! All ranging from beginners to top athletes. Super family friendly and supportive gym. They have proscribed workouts so all I have to do is show up and put in the effort. Couches are great at giving feed back and pushing you as much as you are comfortable. If a movement is too hard they have great suggestions for modifications; safety and health is their number one priority. Everyone cares about you and super friendly.
