Worst service I have ever witnessed as an experienced copier tech. They short technicians money from their weekly expenses every week. If you complain, they cut your work hours. If I go out and diagnose a copier, parts for that equipment may not show up for a month with no explanation. They even have a sign on their water fountain that water for employees only. They don’t even offer water to customers. I don’t see how they are still in business. This is the worst company ever by far.
