I want to share this review so that anyone who reads this will understand that X clutch USA has the very best customer service and best quality components that you can find for the strongest built clutches that last a very long time. They don’t keep replacement parts in stock in the U.S.
I got to say I wasn’t happy with X clutch, I emailed them after my clutch literally exploded on me on a NA car I sent pics and described what happened. Even though my warranty was out and I didn’t get a response after they emailing them my address and explaining what happened I just randomly received a new clutch disk in the mail. Even though my car is in the shop getting a z1 clutch installed, but the surprise was quite nice.
Steve was extremely helpful through whole process. Helped with all questions and concerns I had! Highly recommend!
Product was defective. Had it installed by a specialist shop that only works on my platform. The throw out bearing was defective. I ended up having the shop uninstall the xclutch and install an Exedy clutch and issues were gone. Customer service was pretty bad especially by Steve Kaminsy. Almost emails and was treated like I was trying to scam or get a free clutch. I understand you need to make sure product is defective before exchanging or refunding but I gave all the info.
