Hi all! I am one of the business owners and we would like to clarify that as a small business we are by appointment only. We do offer free consultations for new clients so we can accurately assess the amount of time needed for a service. We can only take calls and listen to messages when we are in the salon Tuesday- Saturday. We love and appreciate all of our clients. We work hard to provide excellent service but we also try to respect our days off so we can continue to be our best when we are in the salon.
Horrible people and bad service. Their phone never works. They never call back. And when u go to salon to get appointment they say u need to book appointment to be seen. So unprofessional disrespectful
