Today, I received a shampoo and trim service with Xie, and when I tell you it was the best experience that I've had since living in Florida!! I kid you not! I've been in Florida for over 10 years!! And I literally enjoyed everything!!!! From the time I walked in until I was finished!!! The vibes! The cleanliness of the salon! The music!! Xie’s personality! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I came in for a silk press and from the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Xie was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. She was very patient and took her time. The hair wash was fantastic and my silk press looked amazing. I really appreciated how she explained every step of the process and provided details. I had an amazing experience with Xie. My micro loc experience exceeded my expectations. The establishment is clean and has a cal atmosphere. Xie was friendly, warm, timely, on her communication was on point. Throughout the service, my comfortable level was checked on my Xie. She made sure I was ok throughout the process. The salon and my experience there is a 10 out of 10.
