Started here a couple of weeks ago with the 6 weeks personal training program, Paula and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, seeing Audrey twice per week for my one on one, she’s got an amazing energy! I will definitely stay after the 6 weeks program highly recommend
I can’t recommend Audrey highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic as a trainer. Ever since I started training with her, I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in my endurance. I’m now able to go on long walks and hikes of different grades (up to grade 3-4!) with ease—something that used to be a huge challenge for me. Great gym with everything you need. The classes are fantastic and the trainers are friendly and great.
I've been a member of this gym for over five years and can honestly say it’s one of the most welcoming, inclusive, and professionally run gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is supportive, the staff genuinely care, and there’s a real sense of community here. The gym is always clean, well-organised, and equipment is accessible to everyone.
