Horrible Experience – Do Not Buy From This Dealership! I purchased a car from this dealership less than 3 months ago for $11,000, and it already won’t start or turn on. I contacted the dealership, and they told me it was “out of their hands.” I also reached out to the warranty company, and they said there’s nothing they can do either. Dishonest pricing and poor customer service. We made an appointment several days in advance to see a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD listed on CarGurus for $10,490. When we arrived, the car was blocked in, dirty, and had low tire pressure — clearly no effort was made to prepare it for our appointment. After test driving and deciding to move forward with the purchase, the salesperson suddenly told us the price did not include a $1,500 required down payment, which brought the total to around $13,500 with fees.
