Nearly an hour late to a 7-8am appt although I let them know I needed this done early because I had work. They don’t order or use the required moldings from dealership in order to cut costs. After asking about them they said they could order them but didn’t have them on hand. And that it would be an additional cost. After expressing my disappointment but unlocking the vehicle for them to get started anyways they hopped back in their van as though I no longer needed the windshield replaced today. Mr David was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my issue. He was very receptive and made sure that work is completed ok the scheduled appointment. Moreover, he gave me option to fix the issue before appointment. He was constantly following up and made sure that everything is taken care of with efficiency and per my convenience. Xclusive is lucky to have employee like David who works as a brand ambassador for the company. I am going to refer anyone in my group to Xclusive, because of excellent service by David.
