I would give 5 starts, but I was told I would get a separate email for a certificate within 1 hour of install. Its been 5 days and no certificate. If this company isnt in charge of the certificate, then it is up to them to say, hey my customer is giving me a low rating because you didnt send them a certificate and its been 5 days. If its this company that is suppose to send a certificate, then they lied. This is the second time I have used Exclusive Auto Glass and have more than pleased. I love that they are mobile and come to me. The first time Eric came out to repair a crack in the windshield, he told me the windshield had been replaced before I owed my car. He pointed out the imperfections from the previous installer. He repaired the crack and while I was happy I didn't have to replace the windshield, I was sad the windshield had not been replaced properly prior to when I when I first bought the car since it was used. Eric was awesome and so professional and kind. His work is precise and speedy but comprehensive as he checks all around.
Mr. Eric did an amazing job on my car! He was on time, very communicative and very professional! He also gave me some knowledge on the door parts! I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs assistance!
Very unprofessional. Asked me to send him my VIN number to give me a quote. Never got back to me. Poor customer service
