2023 Kia K5. I used to have a JL audio 400/4 and a CT sounds 2000 watt powering 2 Skar Audio ZVX 12’s. But i had a horrible install and experience with another shop. Juan and his team are the only shop I would trust with my car audio system. They are extremely detail oriented and spend the time with you to assure that all your audio needs and met and exceeded. If you are looking for someone who treats your car like his own then Xclusive Audio is where you should go.
Overpriced junk,unfriendly people,not helpful,this guy has owed me $139 for roughly 2yrs.I returned pair of new alpine speakers!!! Store credit, wont refund my money!!! Shop elsewhere, you'll be happier ☺️

My regular Smart Start calibration shop was closed for a holiday, so I called Smart Start to avoid a missed appointment. (I recorded the call as proof.) The rep confirmed the shop fee should be $30–$50 depending on the car (mine is older, no push start). The shop told the rep it would “depend on the car,” but when I arrived, they immediately charged the maximum—without even knowing what type of car I had. They took advantage of the situation.
