Dealt with the job very efficiently, clean and tidy
Pretty disappointing service when we asked them to come fix our tenants subfloor system and then they repaired only one fan and then asked another $150 call out to fix other fan as tenants were supposed to have known what was wrong. These guys are supposed to be the experts and to fix half the system and demand another call out to fix other half is pretty poor.
Xchange air were professional, efficient and really easy to deal with. We've had our ventilation in for about a month now and it's been working great. Timer solution was simple to adjust.
Martin and the team did a great job - wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Has made a massive difference to our house - thanks guys!
These guys were great. Cannot speak highly enough of them. From meeting with Martin, who came over to do the quite and run through options, to the installation on the day. Efficient, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
