We are really happy with the customer service and the work completed by xchange air for our sub floor ventilation system. Admin were always quick to reply to messages and enquiries and there was a quick turn around time from our first enquiry to the completion of the job. Martin was thorough when designing the best system to meet the needs of our house. I've a good experience with these folks, very professional. I did have a small issue several months after installation, but they addressed the issue immediately (less than a week after I contacted them) at no cost. Highly recommended.
These guys have done two jobs for me - installing a push/pull ventilation unit in the bedroom and fixing the ventilation in my bathroom. Both have been excellent. High quality, reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
