Enquired to try and find a solution for the excessive moisture within the house before it would turn into a mold problem. Have worked with Xchange Air in 2 homes. One needed ventilation underneath to keep house dry and avoid mould. Quote was easy to understand and well priced, installation was simple and the system operated something like ten hours a day with very little energy use. When we sold our house the building inspector said it was the driest place he’d ever seen.
